Return & Refund Policy

At Tauheed Organic Food, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in providing fresh, natural, and premium-quality organic products. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged.
The product is defective or expired.
Your order is incomplete or contains missing items.

Return Request

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

Order Number
Clear photos or videos of the product
A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Refunds are available if:

The wrong product was delivered.
The product was damaged during shipping.
The product is defective or not fit for consumption.
We are unable to fulfill your prepaid order.

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind.
Personal taste or preference.
Opened or partially consumed products.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Replacements

If your request is approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request the original item before sending a replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

If the issue is due to our mistake, including wrong, damaged, or defective products, Tauheed Organic Food will cover all shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error.
